Recruitment Coordinator

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinators to join the Talent Acquisition team in the Prague Global Services Regional Center. The position will be based in Prague, Czech Republic.

What is the job about:

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for high volume interview scheduling and assessment days, including preparation for interview days (candidate confirmations and printing resumes, interview guides, debrief forms, etc.). This person will help lead candidates through interview/assessment days, ensuring exceptional candidate care before and during the process.

The Coordinator will communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. This person will identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to enhance our employer brand and candidate experience.

The Coordinator will manage logistics of on- and off-site networking and charity events, including facilities coordination, registration/RSVP management, and other logistical activities.

This person will assist recruiters with pre-screening, reference checks, sourcing, offer package requests and other special projects as needed.

Is it you we are looking for?

You are the perfect candidate for this position if you:

• speak and write excellent English (native or close to native level)
• have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education diploma
• have minimum 3 years of business experience, with minimum 2 years in a Recruiting or Human Resources function
• are able to manage a high volume of work within tight deadlines
• have experience managing logistics of large events
• flexible to step in and complete tasks outside of the day-to-day role, as needed
• have experience working within a start-up or expansion environment
