Internships
Each year students and fresh graduates have the unique opportunity to take part in the Finance Leadership Development Program. In this two-year rotational programmer you get to experience working in various J&J entities across the EMEA region. Johnson & Johnson runs a similar Leadership Development Program in HR. Moreover, we are currently working on developing a brand new internship program for university students in Prague. Wait for it, you'll be impressed.
Graduates
In J&J we're seeking talented people. You don't need to have previous work experience to become a part of our team. Doesn't matter if you are interested in Financae, Human Resources, Procurement, Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices, we've got a position for everyone. What matters to us is that you can speak English. Additional language skills are welcome and rewarded accordingly.
