How your typical business day looks like
Talent Acquisition Partner
Why do I like it?I love many things about my job, but I would like to highlight 2 major aspects: use of foreign languages and our amazing CSR activities. It is a daily pleasure to know that I can use English, French, Italian and even Romanian sometimes in order to accomplish job-related goals, which is encouraging, especially if you are one of those multilingual people. Moreover, the CSR is fantastic in JnJ Prague: only in the last 3 months, I supported our Světluška initiative (raising money for people with various disabilities), I sold my handmade accessories in a Charity Bazar (all funds were donated) and many more.
How does my typical working day look like?My typical day starts with a big glass of water, sorting through my emails (trying to reply to all of them, of course) and then having telephone interviews with candidates or discussing their profiles with various managers across the businesses that I support. I like the fact that I can share cross-country information with my colleagues supporting other regions right here in the office, over a coffee or tea.
Transition Lead in the Global Services, Strategy & Operations
Why do I like it?My position is really interesting thanks to the interaction with various people in several areas and geographical locations. Every day is something new to learn, a new opportunity to help my Project members and to accomplish something, which ultimately helps whole J&J. Also due to my type of job I have the chance to visit our offices in various locations in the world. In addition our company provides flexible working hours and home office possibilities.
How does my typical working day look like?Probably this the best part of my job. I don’t really have a “typical” working day. It always depends on the phase of the Project. Can be at the point, where I am establishing initial contacts, solving issues around GO-Live, or celebrating the end of a successful Project.
